Who we are

Arcadia Todo is made by Arcadia Enterprises. This policy explains how we handle your information.

What data the app uses

Arcadia Todo stores data only on your device. This includes:

Tasks (title, description, due date/time, priority, reminders)

Categories you create

App settings (theme, sort order, notification preferences)

We do not ask you to create an account.

What we don’t do

We do not collect analytics or advertising data

We do not sell your information

We do not send your task data to our servers — the app works offline

Permissions

The app may ask for notification permission so it can remind you about tasks. You can turn this off anytime in your phone settings.

Backups

If Android backup is turned on on your device, your app data may be included in your phone’s backup (handled by Google/your device maker, not by us).

Deleting your data

You can delete tasks anytime in the app, use the Recycle Bin, or uninstall the app to remove data from your phone.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will show a new “Effective date” at the top.
